I've been a doula and lactation specialist for 10 years and a midwife for 5yrs. I have 3 children and it was after my 2nd child that I realized all women could benefit from having a doula during pregnancy, delivery and postpartum. Doulas are expensive and aren't always affordable to many women. So I created Birth Your Way to provide free services to teens and discounted services to women.
