An initial consultation is done in person or over video. If Birth Your Way is a good match for you then you will see a doula 4 times before delivery. This can be in person or via video call. Your doula will stay with you your entire delivery. You will see or speak with your doula 4 times post partum. If you are breastfeeding a doula or lactation specialist will see you as long as you need the services. You will always have phone access to Birth Your Way. We will always get back to you in a reasonable time frame. When you are close to delivery you have 24/7 access to your doula.
