ALL SERVICES ARE FREE FOR TEENS An initial consultation is done in person or over video. If Birth Your Way is a good match for you then you will see a doula 2 times before delivery. This can be in person or via video call. Your doula will stay with you your entire delivery. You will see or speak with your doula 2 times post partum. If you are breastfeeding a doula will see you as long as you need the services. You will always have phone access to Birth Your Way. We will always get back to you in a reasonable time frame. When you are close to delivery you have 24/7 access to your doula.
